In high school Jerome was a stand-out in basketball and football. After high school Jerome attended Louisiana Tech where he was defensive player of the year and received independent honors for football. Jerome then ventured into the NFL where he played for the Chicago Bears in 2000-2001 and then NFL Europe for the Berlin Thunder and Frankfurt Galaxy. In 2004 and 2005 Jerome played for the Arena Football League with the Tampa Bay Storm. Jerome became part of John Jacobs’ Next Generation Power Force in the Spring of 2006 and has been a blessing to our organization. He has been nicknamed “The Bear” by his fellow teammates because he is the size of a grizzly bear and has a heart to match. Jerome loves Jesus Christ with all his heart and hopes to lead children and adults everywhere into the arms of our Lord. Jerome King currently resides in Louisiana.
